🌟 Airspeed’s Security Rated ‘Excellent’ in Penetration Test! 🛡️

Expert hackers from Oneleet (YC S22) put our defences to the test and rated Airspeed’s security Excellent. Here’s what we learned.

🤔 What is penetration testing?

A penetration test, or pen test, is a controlled cyber-attack on our system to find vulnerabilities. Oneleet’s security experts run real-world attack scenarios against our defences, following industry-standard methodologies: OWASP WSTG, OWASP ASVS, and the OWASP Top-10.

🕵️ The pen test process

Our systems spent a week under testing. The testers dug into our frontend and backend, found areas to improve, and reported every issue.

Then we fixed them. We ran a team hackathon so all our engineers could get together, learn the tools and tests the pen testers use, and close out the findings as a group.

After the remediation, the pen testers retested and gave us a clean report ✨
